Livefire Whiskey Cocktail

A cocktail made from rye whiskey, bitters, and Maguey Sweet Sap

Livefire Whiskey Cocktail

2 ounces rye whiskey

2 dashes whiskey barrel bitters (other bitters may be substituted)

1/2 teaspoon Maguey Sweet Sap

Ice

In an old fashioned glass, mix Maguey Sweet Sap and bitters. Add ice to the glass, then pour in the rye whiskey. Stir and enjoy.

For variation, add 1 cherry, or start by muddling a strip of orange peel with the bitters and Maguey Sweet Sap.
